Treasure Hunt & Raffle - Entry Forms and rules will be available at the Group Site and in your registration packet. Each person should have their own Entry Form.
This is not a speed event. It is a game to solve puzzles, answer questions and get imprints from rubber stamps while you explore and learn about the surrounding area. Fill out your Entry Form as required.
Exchange your Entry Forms at the registration table at the Group Site for raffle tickets on Sunday morning between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Only one Entry Form per person is allowed.
One raffle ticket will be in your registration packet to help get you started.
You will get one raffle ticket for each correct item on the Entry Form.
You must be a registered participant to win a prize.
Write your name on your raffle tickets and deposit them in the drawing bin at the Group Site. All raffle tickets must be deposited in the drawing bin by Sunday morning 10:00 AM.. Tickets can be turned in starting at 8:00 AM Sunday Morning.
Starting at 10:00 AM Sunday, a raffle ticket will be drawn and the winner will have their choice of a prize. There will be many winners with many prizes. The winners will have 15 seconds to select their prize and then another ticket will be drawn. Raffle tickets will be drawn until all the prizes are won and should be complete by 11:00 AM. A person can win only one prize, but all family members are encouraged to participate.
Winners must be present to win. Only one prize per person. Only one entry form per person.
Costco Hot Dog Rally - At the group site.

Campfire and Marshmallows - At the group site. Bring instruments, refreshments, games, stories to tell etc. Marshmallows, graham crackers and chocolate bars will be provided, but please B.Y.O.S. (bring your own stick)

Pokey Run For Breakfast. Meet at the Group Site. Saturday
morning at 7:00 a.m. for breakfast runs to local restaurants: Arnie's,
Serendipity Caffe, and Doogers Seafood & Grill. See the Map.
Please be as quiet as possible to avoid disturbing other campers.
|9:00 AM - 9:45 AM||Check-in for Saturday arrivals at the Group Site. If day visitors wish to join in the fun, there is free parking at Battery Russell and you can bike over to the camping loops and join us at the group site.|
|10:00AM - 10:15AM||Photo shoot preparation - Riders gather for photo shoot, at <location TBD>. Wranglers will direct everyone to the photo area. Be a part of history in this huge assembly of recumbents. See last year's photo. (Please be there for this great event)|
|10:15 AM||Photo shoot will take place at 10:15AM SHARP! Be there or be wedgied!!|
|10:15 AM - 10:45 AM|| Assemble
for various rides at the group site: Note:
All rides are non-supported, i.e. no food or water is provided
en route and no SAG wagon will be present. Therefore, every rider
should be prepared with water, food, tools and a patch kit, etc. Also,
even though we will try to ride as a group (because it's a lot more
fun that way!), these are technically 'non-group'
Maps for the rides will be available at the start location before the ride. The start location for each ride will be marked by a colored flag.

|Potluck at The Group Site - Bring something to share (e.g. main course, salad, bread, side dish, dessert, drink, etc.) and join in this fun event. Please remember that we are a diverse group including both vegetarians and omnivores. Assigned to: Edna and Dave VanGundy|
|Illuminated Bicycle Parade begins to assemble - An unbelievable parade of recumbents looking like the Electric parade at Disneyland, bike bells, horns, and screams of delight as we weave our way through the campsite loops in Ft. Stevens. Join in the fun of this ride, decorated or not. (Head light & Tail light required)|

There is a great potluck dinner Saturday evening at 6:00 PM.
Weather and Clothing:
Remember this is Oregon and the coast. It can be clear blue skies and warm... It can be rainy and cold... (And of course everything in between or BOTH at the same time!)
- Chairs for potluck - everyone should bring their own
- Marshmallow roasting sticks, musical instruments and games for Friday night
- Potluck food or drink to share for Saturday night
- Helmets required for bike rides
- Bicycle (also required for bike rides, but doesn't have to be recumbent)
- Every site has an electrical hookup and water
- Appropriate clothing for Oregon Coast in August
- Decorative bike lights for the Illuminated Parade (Head light & Tail light required)
